It has been over two months since animax first started to advertise and promote LaMB(yeah that's how it's written) which is an upcoming animated film directed by  Ryosuke Tei with the original script by Carmelo Juinio, one of the finalist of the animax pan asian award. The animax boasts it as it own production and even has the American band Simple Plan creating its title track. 

Animax has been adervtising real hard and is trying to create the kind of hype which has not been see before. Perhaps all this hype may not do justice to an anime. What if it fails to deliver ? Now we all know that the quality of Animax has depreciated over past few months. The excessive repeats of the same seasons and pushing family oriented animes to prime time has left fans fuming in anger. We all miss action and sci-fi animes like Getbackers and Inu Yasha, not to mention Galaxy Angels and Mobile Suit Gundam. So the question arises is will LaMB would live up to its hype, considering the recent poor performance of Animax. Perhaps only time will tell , but for now its wait and watch.
